Due to continued expansion and recent internal career progression and promotions within our team, we are now recruiting for both a HR Adviser and a HR Administrator to join our welcoming and purpose driven HR team! HR Adviser (salary £22,500 FTE, can be based Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow with hybrid working)
Key Areas Of Responsibility Will Include:
In this varied role you can expect to be working on the following tasks and duties as the main focus of your days:
• HR record keeping and systems administration
• Provide HR administration support to clients relating to each stage of the employment lifecycle
• Manage client HR administration systems and reporting
• Collate and prepare market and benchmarking data and reports
• Recruitment administration – advertising, managing response, candidate communications, interview
arrangements, initial screenings
• Contract and offer letter preparation
• Referencing and pre-employment checks
• Onboarding and induction process coordination – record keeping and management on behalf of clients
• General administrative support to the HR Consultancy team and fulfil client project needs
• Prepare documentation on behalf of clients to support internal processes such as appraisals, probation,
absence management, employee relations cases, benefits administration, leaver processes
• Monitor client HR inboxes and respond to or escalate support queries as required
• Occasional note taking support to consultants and clients during formal HR meetings and workshops
• Diary coordination and support for HR consultants
• Coordinate, track and monitor training activities and records management
• Support leaver processes, exit interviews and coordination
• Prepare, review and refresh template client toolkits and documentation
• Represent AAB People externally at events and on social media, and act as ambassador to support
marketing and sales activities and business growth.
Requirements

HR Administrator (salary £20,000 FTE, can be based Edinburgh or Glasgow with hybrid working)
Key Areas Of Responsibility Will Include:
To support the effective running of our day-to-day operations, we are now seeking a highly organised
HR Administration Assistant to join us to support with our internal operations and HR consultancy tasks. This role will have responsibility for a variety of areas including HR support, database management and client communications.
The role is ideally full time (37.5 hours per week) and presents an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit team of HR consultants and this role will be pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day administrative activities, enabling our team of HR consultants to focus on client facing delivery and supporting our internal business operations.
This role will undertake internal activities within the company as an active behind-the-scenes partner. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of tasks, who is highly organised, diligent and demonstrates great attention to detail, and is financially numerate. We want someone who is comfortable following documented processes and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.
You will be an excellent communicator, enjoy working in a standalone role as part of a wider team, and have a confident, can-do attitude.
Key Tasks:
• General internal administration and records management
• General administrative support to the HR Consultancy team to fulfil client needs
• Database and systems management including to HRIS

interview arrangements, initial screenings
• Onboarding and induction process coordination – record keeping and management on
behalf of clients

• Diary coordination and support for the team including meeting scheduling
• Prepare, review and refresh template client toolkits and documentation
• Special projects or research
• Preparing and tracking communications to clients
• Monitoring shared inboxes
• Represent AAB People externally at events and on social media, and act as ambassador
to support marketing and sales activities and business growth
