Ensuring a great client experience from onboarding and onward while focusing on simplifying and standardising processes for efficiency.

SECTORS/SUPPORT

Works closely with the HR and Health & Safety Consultants, Advisors and the sales team. This includes engaging with AAB Group teams, including People & Culture, Finance and IT.

Claire Walker is our Business Operations Director, and is based in our Edinburgh office. She has extensive experience with HR and Health & Safety support for start-up, scaling and established SMEs. Claire works closely with our internal teams and maintains contact with external clients, seeking feedback and resolving queries.
