Richard Stark is a Commercial Director at AAB People. Based in our Glasgow office his role is focused on driving growth across AAB People. Developing new routes to market and ensuring we provide a high quality service to meet the needs of our clients. For Richard, ensuring he and the team are delivering an exceptional service is at the heart of everything he does.

He brings to the team over 15 years experience working within the HR and Health and Safety sector and has an IOSH qualification. Richard is proud of his work within the charity sector and is a trustee of several charitable organisations including Sleep Scotland, Ceartas & TEENS+.

For me, it’s so exciting to be able to help and support such a varied portfolio of clients. Delivering bespoke solutions that better their business and their people. The greatest strength I bring to AAB People is my drive to achieve. Going above and beyond for my clients has always and will continue to be a priority of mine. My drive to achieve enables me to best utilise my commercial mindset to help clients make bold decisions and maximise opportunities.”
