Gaining an understanding of prospective clients’ businesses and how they operate then arranging an initial meeting with a member of the team.

Across all sectors.

Varri Kelly is a Commercial Executive based in our Glasgow office. Within Varri’s role, she is primarily responsible for speaking with prospective clients to gain an understanding of their HR and Health & Safety requirements, and from there, she then arranges the initial meeting between the prospective client and one of the team to discuss further how we can deliver a bespoke service to support their business needs. In her day-to-day role, Varri advises on the range of services we offer and the benefits of outsourcing these areas.

Getting to know our clients

“Clients can always expect me to have a clear understanding of the breadth of services we offer. Often being the first point of contact with our prospective clients, I seek to clearly explain our range of service offerings and answer any questions they have initially. It’s essential that I take the time to gain a deeper understanding of their business and the way they operate in order to identify what tailored support they may benefit from outsourcing with us at AAB People. Within my role, I find great satisfaction in being able to provide a fantastic service to new prospective clients, and I take pride in acting as the bridge between prospective clients and the wider team.”

Passionate about what we do

“Our main goal is to help our clients achieve their commercial goals in any way we can. We are passionate about the services we offer and strive to provide bespoke solutions to the challenges that our clients face. Working together as a team, we work relentlessly to ensure our clients get the best advice and support suited to their unique needs and goals.”

Striking the balance

“I believe with technology evolving rapidly, it’s important to adapt and embrace change. For some businesses, remote is the new way of working while for others, a more hands-on approach is still the preferred route.  For me, I think the key is to find a balance between the two approaches and learn to adapt to the unique ways in which our clients work and operate. I believe at AAB People we have found a good balance of being able to provide both according to our client’s needs and circumstances.”

My greatest strengths

“I have many years’ experience working in business development, so I understand the hard work and dedication it takes to succeed. I would say my greatest qualities are that I have an ambitious mindset and that I’m determined to help clients succeed and reach their goals.”

Excited for the future

AAB Group is continually evolving and disrupting the market, and I’m incredibly excited to be part of this growth journey. It’s fantastic to be a part of such a large and diverse team, and be able to continue to provide clients with our excellent and comprehensive service.”

Proud to support a diverse range of clients
