PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

Effective people development not only benefits individual employees but also contributes to higher employee engagement, improved performance, reduced turnover, and greater overall organisational success. It aligns individual goals and aspirations with the organisation’s objectives, creating a win-win situation for both employees and the company.

We work with clients to develop an end-to-end people development strategy which covers team development, skills training (including change management and project management), performance management, coaching and mentoring. This can be developed for individuals, teams, leaders, management and even graduates programmes. It all depends on what our clients are trying to achieve, and we work with them to build a strategy, programme, or process once we understand their goals.  

If are looking to build a team we can also assist with talent assessment and recruitment – we can deliver training or handle the process for you.  

ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The ability to become more adaptable, responsive, and efficient in a constantly changing business environment is a goal of many of our clients. We work with them to help them achieve this by ensuring that structure, culture, processes, and people are aligned to their goals and objectives in the most effective way. Whether clients engage with us on a project or ongoing basis, we start from the ground up; if we don’t have a clear organisational strategy, vision, mission, and values, we can help build and implement one. If we do, we usually start with a culture audit to really get to know our clients, their organisations and the people who work for them.

Our team have experience in delivering organisational development programmes focused on engagement, culture, change team effectiveness, and continuous improvement. There is also an increasing demand for support with other areas of organisation including reorganisation, redundancy, TUPE, and EDI (design, strategy, implementation, evaluation). Whatever the driving force behind our clients organisational development requirements, we have the experience, knowledge and expertise within our team to help.

EMPOWER

EMPOWER Coaching Academy is designed for people managers, HR professionals, mentors, and anyone dealing with people who want to be exceptional in their ability to engage and communicate, build deep trusted relationships, and apply deep emotional intelligence with coaching skills to hold brilliant conversations. Throughout EMPOWER you will be immersed in various exercises, practice activities, and scenarios to grow your understanding of and increase your confidence in delivering coaching.
