Based in our Belfast office, Louise is a specialised organisational development consultant, who leads teams to deliver highly impactful strategic initiatives, workshops, business development.

Louise believes in forming true partnerships. To do that, she first works closely with her clients to understand how their organisations currently work, what’s going well, and what are their challenges. Once she has a better understanding of their business she can advise on how to enhance their performance through their people and people initiatives. The areas she is most passionate about, and where she believes she adds most value, are in exploring how organisations can enhance their performance and effectiveness through interventions such as; team dynamics, engagement and listening, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, performance, talent and succession planning.
