Varri Kelly is a Commercial Executive based in our Glasgow office. Within Varri’s role, she is primarily responsible for speaking with prospective clients to gain an understanding of their HR and Health & Safety requirements, and from there, she then arranges the initial meeting between the prospective client and one of the team to discuss further how we can deliver a bespoke service to support their business needs. In her day-to-day role, Varri advises on the range of services we offer and the benefits of outsourcing these areas.

Often being the first point of contact with our prospective clients, I seek to clearly explain our range of service offerings and answer any questions they have initially. It’s essential that I take the time to gain a deeper understanding of their business and the way they operate in order to identify what tailored support they may benefit from outsourcing with us at AAB People. Within my role, I find great satisfaction in being able to provide a fantastic service to new prospective clients, and I take pride in acting as the bridge between prospective clients and the wider team.”
